Are you excited on the arrival of
Episode 2? Me too. The most exciting feature of Episode 2 for me were the
flight packs which will enable us to literally fly. Imagine the fun of raiding
and attending chip wars with these items, it will become more of a “Gundam-like”
battle, “Kashing-kashing ^_^”. I wonder how much would they cause.
Rising
Force will be more fast-paced when this flight packs and some additional features like the "individual class skill cooldown" arrived. I can know fire a bunch of chain rockets comboed with Final Blast while in boosters. Hope that is
comes out soon so that you can come flying with me.

Do
you have a wind weapon? Where do you use it? The main use of a wind weapon is
to increased your move speed, thus, enabling you to run from raiders or to
chase your raid victims. All wind weapons regardless of level and type gives
out the same amount of move speed. But don’t you know that is also a fashion
trend in planet Novus?
Some
trend setters and some followers use wind weapons as fashion items or should I say
“Pampapogi..hehe”. The most popular wind fashion weapons are the Beam Siege
Bows which can be used at level 40 and the Beam Saber which is used at level
25. They look good on you because of the lights coming out of them, it looks
like jewelries or “Bling-blings”. The effect is increased when the weapon was
upgraded into 4 talics, even more lights and effects are added giving them an
unusual glow.
So what are you
waiting for? Buy now and be one of us!!

In the spirit of hope and dream
of having better equipments, Some unfortunate warriors of Novus have come up
with a wicked plan to get those things, and it is by way of scamming or
sometimes called swindling.
Swindlers
like them use their evil minds to outwit other players. During trade, they quickly
swap the item to be traded into cheap look alikes, for example, they swap an SI
Missile Launcher to an ordinary Missile Launcher. The victim unaware of the
swapping puts his trust on the person without checking the item and he is
scammed upon the completion of the transaction.
It
is also the victims fault for not checking the item before it was traded, but
if swindlers like them are not scattered all over the planet then events like
this won’t happen.
In
playing this game, you put trust onto other players as your friends, but once
trust is lost, it will never be recovered. Let us play a fair game.

In my thirst and hunger for
stronger armaments and equipments, I have joined several game-related contests
in RF Online, dreaming that I can get my hands on such precious in-game
rewards. Even before RF Online landed Philippine shores, the eagerness joining
such events is present on me. I have joined a contest of LevelUp that will give
out accounts for Closed Beta Testing of the game and I have managed to win one.
Thanks to them I have gained an early edge on playing this game.
It
has been 3 weeks since LU announces the Blog Contest for RF Online, and 3 weeks
since I have started to construct my own blog site containing my game
experiences and joined the contest. Thanks to the judges of the contest, my
blog managed to grab a winning place, even just a runner up, my efforts were
rewarded. This is the sweet moment of joining a contest, Winning and getting my
hands on the price. I am hopeful that this blog may win again on the following
weeks, but even if it did not I am thankful for letting me take a place and be
mentioned. It is an honor for an RF player like me to be noticed by people like
you.
Thanks a lot RF,
thanks a lot LevelUp. Hope to join more contests on the future. More power.

A map tells us
where we are but we cannot tell ourselves on where is a map. Have you finished
your map obtaining quests? Or have you failed to finish it? Do have the
patience to complete this?
This
kind of emotions and feeling also passes my brain while struggling to complete
these quests for the chance of obtaining an ample amount of reward. Luckily I
have managed to accomplish these tasks in just a short time, bless me that I
have not suffered what others have suffered on these kinds of obligations. Some
finished these in long periods of time and some had lost their will and
determination even on just obtaining a single map.
Sometimes
being patient and willing might give you not just virtue but rewarding things,
let us not get our hands off to these principles, because it may give you
benefits not just here in Novus but in real life.

No one wants to get wet when it
rains, no one wants to feel unsafe outside with the storm. Everyone wants to
stay inside and at home during these times. This feeling stays the same during
Sette portal raids. The race under siege will be forced to stay inside the
headquarters and be trapped there as long as reppelers succeeds to sweep the
opposing force. This time can be crucial and irritating during farming sessions
on the turncoats, power leveling on Cauldron Volcano Zone and questing on other
race’s turncoats. Much time will be wasted waiting inside the headquarters
doing nothing. It is like raining outside and afraid to get wet.
As
an Accretian, I have experienced several events resembling this kind of
phenomenon. A bunch of helpless steel humanoids like me are trapped inside,
some overcomed by their boredom refuses to continue their tasks outside the
desert and starts to pursue other things. Sometimes, boredom had also conquered
myself and forces me to close the day and rest. Patience on waiting for
reppeling forces to form is very much needed but cooperating is also one.
Cooperation
and unity might as well gives us an umbrella to play outside while it rains.

Have you played stop “dance”?
This game was occasionally played during parties. Anyone surely played this
game when he or she was a kid. The game mechanics is simple, you dance when
there is music played and you stop when there is none.
Facing
an Armor Rider of the Bellato Federation gives you the feeling of playing “stop
dance”. Being fired by the magnetic net of a Goliath MAU or Black Mau disables
you from doing anything for 10 seconds, you cannot fight nor run. Good thing
that there is something that the empire holds to counter this kind of weapon,
this are the Cure Chargers. Upon using this, the duration of the net and other
debuffs are lowered, and within a few usage, the debuffs are gone.
Let
us dance the way a MAU likes, who knows you might be victorious.

Duel-like sports such as boxing,
fencing and kick-boxing involves two persons and is a 1:1 ratio. You battle a
single opponent, you win or lose to one. There is a happening in Novus where a
1:1 battle system is denied. This happens during chip wars, two allied races
against a single race, every race have tried that. But, there is a case that
best describes a 1:2 ratio and it happens when battling a Corite Summoner.
Imagine a scene of attacking the Corite and the summon is left unharmed and is
free to attack you. Sometimes the summon especially an Isis
is a lot stronger than its master, this may give you the feeling of an unfair
fight.
The summon or
Animus I’ve hated most is a Hecate, you cannot fight the summoner for the
Hecate will just spam you with critical attacks that stuns and immobilizes you,
you cannot escape for it will do the same. The only chance of surviving is to
kill the Animis first then the Summoner or escape depending on the damage you
can soak. You can’t blame them for depending on the summon for they are
Summoners. “Summoner nga eh, talagang asa sa summon, hehe”.
Facing
a tough Summoner may offer you a tough challenge.
